SFI is built by genius people. It is well designed in such a way that everyone who claim to be a team leader (Bronze, Silver, gold and Platinum) must have a real team who are actively involve in SFI business and growing continually.
You can be a team leader artificially for 1 month or two but you you can not maintain it without a team. Oh by the way you can also maintain your leadership without a team if you spend a lot of money. But that is not why you join SFI right? you join SFI to earn money!!! so concentrate on how to earn rather on how to spend.
What are your objectives in forming a team? You can have several objectives according to you preference but one important objective is to find at least 5 people who can see the big potentials of SFI and carry his own SFI business to the next level.
Take note that all network marketing relies on number. Based on my experience, to find that 5 people, you need about 500 affiliates. In other words 1% of your recruits will be your ace. Watch the video Finding the Ace in the right side of this page and you will understand what I mean. Right now I have almost 400 PSA and you see I have 4 Aces also in my post who are at least permanently preserving to make their own SFI business works.
Secondly you must have a "call" which will be you theme in almost all of your communications. Something that your team will adopt that will benefit them and you. You may think of your own but mine is "AFFILIATES". I firmly believe that our success here at SFI largely depends on affiliates. That is what I believe, that is what I am doing and that is what I am telling my team. Build your affilliates as early and as big as possible.
Third is be there for them. The greatest gift you can give them is not dole out help but inspiration, skills and techniques how they can stand on their own feet and just zoom up in their success in SFI. This implies that you must study hard and understand every corner on SFI business and learn some skills outside SFI and just share it with them. That is exactly my purpose of this blog.
