You can easily get lost when you start reading and doing activities related to your SFI business. Sometimes you find yourself exerting more efforts and spending so much time on things that are not essential to your success. We need guide posts so that we can always align every activity we are doing.
First of all, we need to define our purpose in joining SFI. This purpose or objective should be standing on the ground of "Success". This will be our ultimate and the tallest and biggest Guide POST.
I am writing here my Goal and the guiding posts I am following as I progress in my SFI business.
For me my GOAL is to earn at least $2,000 per month in two years from my SFI business, with this I know my family will be living comfortably in the Philippine setting or here in Bangladesh. - This is my tallest guide post in my SFI Business.
Let me outline the streams of income here at SFI, because these are my next guiding post which I want to aligned to my Tallest guide post of earning at least $2000 a month.
1. Executive Pool. How much of my $2000-goal will come from my share of the 40% company-wide profits put up by SFI as Executive pool? Well my feeling is I can earn at least $700 from here.
To earn this amount I need about 1.26 million VP every month. Is this possible? On January 2013, I earned 100,500 Matching VP from 20 people under my organization with 6 generations. So what I need is about 230 people who are EA2 and above from Generation 1 up to generation 12, because ultimately I plan to be a Platinum Team leader in two years.
Let me break this down further. Based on experience approximately 1% of your total affiliates can contribute to your matching VP. So to get the 230 people, I need 23,000 total affiliates my organization of 12 generations. is this possible? Yes, right now every time I check my genealogy there is always an additional affiliates recruited not by me but by the people in my organization, and the rate of increase is getting faster and faster, simply because there are more people now who are recruiting.
My other concern of course is my rank which is based on qualifying VP. 2000VP max and 1500VP min. from purchases from TripleClicks, the rest is from other sources. For platinum I need 4000 more from other sources. I think I don't have to worry about this now because I already have my monthly income and the other VP's will just be covered by my PSA's.
The other requirement is maintaining the Leadership page, well it doesn't cost me anything except time to make some post in it whic I am already doing.
Oh, the minimum ratings from PSA. I think, it will not be a problem, as long as I am giving support to all my PSA in what ever form, like what I am doing now, I think my growing PSA will give at least 3 stars marks.
SO, the key here is for me not stop recruiting affiliates and up-beat my downlines to do the same, because this is the only way to succeed here in SFI... Have a lot of affiliates!!!
2. Commission from sales - I am projecting that in two years I can have a commission of $800 from sales. Since I am not good in selling products, I don't plan to do selling outside my organization but I am banking on the purchases of my PSA's and CSA's. For January 2013 I'll a have commission of about $75 from my 4 PSA and 1 CSA. This mean I need about 35 PSA's and CSA's who are buying from TripleClicks. using again the 1% formula. I would need at least 3,500 PSA's and CSA. Is this possible in two years? Yes.. because I am investing my earnings to get more PSA's, I am also bidding CSA's in PricePenders, last week I won 200 CSAs. If I have $3,500, out right I can buy and put paid ads and have 3,500 PSA's in one week!. But since I am just using what I am earning so it make sometime. Two years is a good time frame for me to have that 3,500 PSA.
3. Royalty - This is the 10% of the CV I earn when my ECA sell something. I am projecting that in two years I can earn at least $200 per month as Royalty. I don't intend also to go out or contacting company to be an ECA. My plan is to help my PSA to become ECA themselves. I have relationship already with them so it's easy for me to communicate and help plan to become a ECA. I myself, when I return to the Philippines that is the first thing I want to do. I already have some online business ideas in mind. Right now 2 out of 4 very active PSA are already an ECA and I receive my first royalty last December 2012.
4. Being an ECA - In two years I am expecting to have a net profit of at least $250 per month of the business that I plan to put up when I return to the Philippines. I will invite you all specially those SFI members from the Philippines. I will also use this as a recruiting tools both in SFI as PSA and TripleClicks as PRM ans ECA.
I think these are the income streams of SFI that I can do. These will be my second layer GUIDE POSTS to reach my $2000/ monthly income. Each of these guidepost carry with it a price.
What is the key for these Guide Posts? You guess it right I suppose.. Affiliates, massive recruitment of affiliates. Therefore I am putting bulk of my efforts in recruiting affiliates not on gathering those VP myself, let our affiliates gather them for us through matching points. and let's recruits more affiliates to increase our commission.
I will mention one more income stream which I personally don't want to involve, That is SFIPPA. This is again recruiting affiliates in which you give to SFI corporate and in turn you get paid according to the activities done by your recruit. I don't want to do this because I badly need PSA myself. Probably later if a learn a system to recruits tons of affiliates then I might consider this.
I have one more income streams which I will just keep secret. This is not explicitly mentioned in SFI website and I am only sharing it to my PSA's who are really working hard. Hmmm.. sorry for keeping you hanging but every business there is what we call business secrets heheehe.
